The Messy Middle

That Changed My Life

Therapy has been part of my life since I was five years old. Long before I understood why, I was learning how to navigate chaos, carry other people’s emotions, and keep peace in places where peace rarely existed.

So when I chose my first great love, I didn’t choose differently.

I chose what was familiar.

What I thought was love eventually revealed itself to be a repetition of the patterns I grew up in. Years later, after that relationship ended, life became a cycle of high-conflict co-parenting, manipulation, and emotional survival.

My lowest point came when I realized something unexpected the healthy life I was trying to build was beginning to reflect the same toxicity I had worked so hard to escape.

That moment forced me to take a level of self-accountability I had never taken before.

Instead of reacting to chaos, I started leading myself.

Over the years I committed deeply to healing through therapy, EMDR, journaling, somatic work, NLP, and spiritual study. I pursued certifications in life coaching, Human Design, and neurolinguistic programming not to collect titles, but to understand the patterns that shape our lives.

Most importantly, I began removing the environments and relationships that thrived on toxicity.

Two years into what I now call my Messy Middle, I met my husband. Healthy love felt unfamiliar at first, and I tried to run from it. But this relationship was different. For the first time, I felt seen, heard, and supported while I continued to heal.

Five years ago I left my career as a traffic control supervisor to discover who I truly was and what direction my life was meant to take.

The online world became that space.

I began as a video game streamer, moved into digital marketing, and eventually found my way into life coaching. Along the way I realized that my passion has always been helping people see themselves differently especially those who feel stuck in the middle of rebuilding their lives.

Today my life looks nothing like it once did.

I live with boundaries.
I live with clarity.
And I live with a peace I once believed was impossible.

I often call myself a Spirit Mama. My daughters are not with me every day, but they remain part of everything I do. I send them love from afar and trust that their journey will one day lead them to their own understanding.

What I’ve learned through all of this is simple:

Boundaries are not about controlling others.
They are about honoring yourself.

And sometimes the most painful chapters of our lives become the foundation for the person we were always meant to become.

Who I Help & How

I work with men and women who find themselves in what I call the Messy Middle the season of life where you know something needs to change, but you’re still untangling the patterns that keep pulling you back.

These are the moments where you’re rebuilding your identity, learning how to hold boundaries, and trying to create peace while the world around you may still feel chaotic.

Many of the people who find their way here are navigating things like:

• high-conflict relationships or co-parenting
• breaking generational patterns
• rebuilding after emotional trauma
• rediscovering confidence and self-trust
• learning how to hold boundaries without guilt

This work is not about controlling other people.

It’s about learning how to lead yourself.

Through tools like boundary work, nervous system awareness, Human Design, NLP, and somatic practices, the focus becomes understanding your patterns so you can stop reacting to life and begin responding with intention.

The goal is simple:

to help you see yourself clearly, rebuild your inner foundation, and create a life that is aligned with who you truly are not who you were conditioned to be.
